Job Offer - ACCOUNTING/FINANCING TECHNICIAN

Summary description of the position

Responsible for the accounting aspect and coordination of the processing of client data for two investment funds at CAE Capital. Reporting directly to general management, the person assists and supports management in its day-to-day operations and works in close collaboration with other members of the team.

Main tasks

• Account for operations with a computerized accounting system – Acomba X
• Cycle comptable complet (de l’entrée des données aux états financiers mensuels)
• Complete accounting cycle (from data entry to monthly financial statements)
• Proceed with invoicing and loan disbursements
• Manage bank accounts
• Sending emails and compliance reports
• Manage the payroll system (Employer D)
• Monitor supplier accounts and customer accounts
• All other tasks relating to the position and the needs of the organization
• Responsible for group, property and liability insurance


 

Main skills required

• Diploma in accounting DEC or BAC
• Rigor
• Attention to detail and accounting precision
• Problem solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software
• Spirit of synthesis and analysis
• Prioritization of tasks
• Excellent knowledge of the accounting cycle
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience related to the position
• Knowledge of Acomba X accounting software

Working conditions

• Competitive salary. From $30/hour
• Hybrid work in Beloeil, QC
• Schedule 24 to 30 hours per week
• 5 paid personal days
